Of all the Star Trek series this is my favorite. I love the characters, the
stories and the special effects. After watching a few episodes you get drawn
into the exciting Star Trek Universe. It has something for everyone. But don't
take my word for it. Watch an episode or two and judge for yourself.

Some people attribute it's great success to the Original series but I am not
sure that that is completely true. It certainly helped but I think the series would
have made it on it's own merit. It is a well thought out program with humor and
drama. I think this more than anything caused the series to be so successful.

It was a very sad day when Paramont anounced that the seventh season
would be the last. All good things must come to an end but I think they
made a mistake. The series still had a lot of life in it but alas they didn't check
with me first. It will continue to live in syndication, however, so all is not lost.
We can still re-live the many adventures of the starship Enterpirise and her crew.
